Educational attainment is a predictor of health and can affect health outcomes depending on level of attainment. There is an extensive body of research that consistently demonstrates a positive correlation between educational attainment and health status indicators, such as life expectancy, obesity, morbidity from acute and chronic diseases. Implementing evidence-based programs that advance health equity can help ensure that all people have the opportunity for long and healthy lives.
Wonders’ Woman Restoration Ministry WWRM™ was formed in 2013 with ambition to serve. As a Community Liaison, our organization is based on a view that equality in education and health care is an admirable goal, but it’s still not enough. Barriers to access quality health care needs and education create inequity in health outcomes. Removing those barriers is an essential step in achieving equity.
Training When And Where You Need It
Foundations CPR/AED/First Aid course is designed to teach best practices for many situations requiring medical attention. The lessons taught in the course do not replace the expertise of a medical professional but they do offer guidelines and techniques for temporary assistance until medical experts arrive on the scene.
